What exactly will I learn? You will discover your strengths and weaknesses in each of these key areas (Business, Sales, Service) and you'll develop a short-term plan for development in each area. How do I prepare for the call? Pull together your business plan, budget, and organizational chart, so we can get a bird's eye picture of your objectives, current business systems, revenue streams, expenses, marketing plans, telemarketing and sales consultation scripts, and client service tools. The good, the bad, the ugly - we as a consultant need to see what's happening within your organization, so your preliminary preparation is critical. You'll want to send these reports to your consultants, Julie & Heidi, prior to the first call. Will there be homework? You'll be crunching numbers, developing and refining your tracking systems so you can measure your company's results and progress. Also you'll be working on your operational procedures for all three concentrations. Between the calls you'll be charting your company's course and creating monitoring systems to help you stay on target.
