 Certified Matchmaker (CMM) Quality Standards  1. All Certified Matchmakers are trained and certified by the Matchmaking Institute and adhere to the highest quality standards in the industry.2. All Certified Matchmakers follow a strict code of ethics. 3. All Certified Matchmakers are dedicated to a client's right to a personal, supportive and professional service at all times. 4. All Certified Matchmakers maintain strict confidentiality of all client accounts and will not divulge, discuss or otherwise exploit any restricted material related to client profile, status or record of activity. 5. All Certified Matchmakers take the utmost care to deliver the highest standard of service for total customer satisfaction and will be subject to periodic evaluations correlative of client assessments. 6. All Certified Matchmakers respond to clients' inquiries in a timely fashion and offer complete and clear answers. 7. All Certified Matchmakers are diligent when qualifying all potential matches on behalf of their clients with a personalized approach from beginning to end. 8. All Certified Matchmakers are subject to additional mandatory training and professional development for annual re-certification, in accordance with the Matchmaking Institute's guidelines.  |
